This is a delicious crustless New York style Cheese cake. Macros are in the recipe.

No Crust New York Style Cheesecake

* 16 oz fat free cream cheese
* 100 grams fat free plain greek yogurt
* 4 egg whites
* 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I used ISO100)
* 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
* 4 Servings stevia

Mix all very well until any clumps are gone
Pour into six small ramekins and bake for 50 minutes at 275º
Let cool before eating. Best texture is when they are made the day before and left in an air-tight container in the refrigerator overnight.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 50 minutes
Let cool for at least one hour
