Apple Pie Oatmeal

Another delicious dessert that will not kill your blood sugars or your waist line. Enjoy!

Apple Pie Oatmeal

30g Trader Joe’s multigrain oatmeal
1/2c unsweetened almond milk
40g Apple chopped small
12g vanilla whey protein (I used Dymatize)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 serving stevia

Directions:
Put everything into a microwave safe container, stir, and microwave on high for one minute. Stir and microwave another 30-60 seconds until desired consistency. WATCH it, though, so it does not boil over.

Carbs: 30 grams
Protein: 15 grams
