1 90 calorie flatout brand flatbread
4 oz extra lean ground beef
1 large tomato
3 oz chopped mushroom
1 oz chopped onion
1.5 oz mozzarella cheese
On a cookie sheet, heat flatbread until crispy but not brown in preheated 350° oven, then remove.
Pan-fry beef, mushroom, and onion until beef is cooked thoroughly adding spices to your desired taste.
Slice tomato thinly and cover flatbread with the slices, put beef mixture on the tomato, top with cheese.
Put in oven on low broil with oven door ajar at least six inches from heat. Takes about 10-15 minutes to heat everything and for cheese to melt.
Remove from oven, slice and enjoy.
