Another tasty dessert!

Peanut butter protein doughnuts
Mix:
1/4 cup Quest multipurpose mix
1/4 cup Quest PB whey
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup VitaFiber
1 tsp baking powder

Mix:
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup greek yogurt, plain
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp almond milk

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Spray doughnut pan.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 350°

Fat. 4g
Carbs. 9.2g
Protein. 13.5g

One of the best perks of having a wife that loves to experiment with healthy choices in desserts is when she hits one it is usually a home run. These are so delicious and if you add sugar free caramel and whip cream, it satisfies even better than a cake doughnut because it is not heavy. Enjoy!!!!
